30 minutes a day keeps the doctors away. . .

My doctor friend used to say that our health is about 3 km away. I didnt know what he was trying to say till I came across this in one health megazine. With my current health condition I take about 30 minutes to cover a distance of 6 km. And I feel so good after each session.

I feel every one should pay attention to habits like brisk walking, good food and healthy thoughts to keep them fit and happy always. They should also include scrabble, chess and sudoku to make their brain in top form all the time.
